Setup Overview

The following describes the order of actions to setup the AI Meeting Summary feature:

1. Ensure that the System Settings have been configured under the AI Summary tab: Configuring System Settings.
2. Verify the Minimum System requirements, see Hardware and Network Requirements.
3. Attach customer to Voca CC channel.
4. Onboard Service using Redirect Server (see Onboarding using Redirect Server with 'Essential + AI Summary' License)
5. Activate feature and settings on Device Manager, see Configure AI Summary.
6. Configure authorized domains for sending AI Summaries on the Device Manager, see Configure Authorized Domains.
7. Activate feature on Meeting Rooms device (refer to the 'AI Summarization on MTR Quick Guide').

The AI Summary feature must be enabled on both the Device Manager and the Meeting Room device.

 

■ In Teams admin center, the customer admin must enable the following setting in Meeting policies: "Anonymous users can join a meeting unverified". If this setting is blocked, the Bot is not be able to join the meeting.
■ Enable the AI Summary feature on the Meeting Room devices that you are connecting to Live Platform (refer to to the 'AI Summarization on MTR Quick Guide').
■ Obtain a list of MAC addresses of the devices to add to the Live Platform service to your provider or reseller.
